We currently ship within the United States only.

Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Complimentary shipping on all orders over $150.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Preorders ship within 2 weeks of order placement.

Estimated delivery 2–5 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email.

At Dengo we formulate with intention and stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right — we want to know.

Unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery
Damaged or defective products — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Opened or used products — unless the product is defective, damaged, or caused an adverse reaction. In these cases please contact us and we will make it right.
Items purchased during a sale or promotion
Returns requested after 14 days of delivery

If your product arrived damaged or incorrect — Dengo covers return shipping
If you changed your mind — return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

All approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
